Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our general return policy, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for return under this policy.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
